Our approach
You let us know where the shelf will be located, which products will be displayed on it, and how it will be used on a daily basis. This can be based on an existing shelf plan, an idea, or simply the situation on the shop floor.
Based on the intended use, we will develop a proposal for the wire shelving. We will determine the dimensions, mesh size, load capacity, and finish, tailored to your shelving system and product range. You will receive a clear proposal that is appropriate for the intended use and planning.
Once approved, we work out the technical details of the wire shelf. We ensure that the construction fits within the existing shelf and is suitable for daily filling, mirroring, and cleaning. Everything is prepared for consistent and reproducible production.
The wire shelves are manufactured in metal and finished with a coating that is suitable for use on the shop floor. During production, we monitor dimensions and quality to ensure that the shelves are sturdy and remain neat in daily use.
We deliver the wire shelves on site. If expansion or rollout to multiple stores is required at a later date, we can easily deliver the same design again with the same quality and finish.
